Diana
Many times when I tell someone I am a yoga teacher, I hear “Yoga saved my life.” That is exactly what it did for me. I took my first class at Be Hot Yoga in 2007, and I realized immediately that yoga could help me during a difficult time in my life. I began to feel stronger, both physically and mentally, and calmer as well. I feel better and healthier now than at any point in my life thanks to this powerful practice. I am so grateful to be able to share this yoga with others as a teacher at this amazing studio!

Takeya
In 2015, I began my career as a therapist, and I struggled with anxiety. I knew I had to do something which led me to buying a new student 30-day special. While my first class was challenging, it left me feeling relief that I had never felt before. I am passionate about helping people address experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves. I believe Hot Yoga can help anyone and this yoga has allowed me to confront myself through balancing movement and stillness.

Laura
I first discovered hot yoga in a tiny, stinky, HOT studio in San Francisco in 1996 and vowed to never go back. But I did again and again because I was struck by how the practice focused and grounded every aspect of my life. I continued my practice at BeHot Yoga in the ATL in 2002 and have been a part of this yoga family for many years. Through the many, many moves my family has experienced, the one reliable comforting constant for me has been this practice. My favorite posture is Rabbit.
